Need RC and monster knowledge. Also will hire mage pawn (healer focused, if utilitarian also nice) and fighter pawn (would take scather/pioneer/acquisitor) :)

Might take warrior pawn too from time to time if its scather/pioneer/acquisitor with decent defense and strong offense.
