Weapon is ideal (goldforged Sanguine Stalk), armor is a mix of fashion/best stats, jewelry is double Ogre Bone, and augments are Acuity/Attunement/Articulacy/Conservation/Stability/Sinew. No Magick Agent/Focused Bolt (core skills) because they're terrible on pawns. She has very high carrying capacity, full bestiary knowledge, full quest knowledge, and full location knowledge.
